1. Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of transport, warehousing, and logistics services by TIME Trucking (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) to the Customer. By requesting our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the information provided by the Customer. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if the scope, weight, or dimensions of the cargo differ from the initial request.

3. Customer Obligations
The Customer must ensure that all cargo is properly packaged, labeled, and accompanied by correct documentation. Hazardous materials must be declared in advance along with the necessary safety data sheets.

4. Liability and Insurance
While we take the utmost care in handling your cargo, the Company operates under standard goods-in-transit insurance limits. We highly recommend that Customers arrange adequate all-risk insurance coverage for high-value shipments.

5. Payment Terms
Unless an approved credit facility is in place, payment is strictly due upon presentation of invoice or prior to offloading. Overdue accounts may accrue interest and result in suspension of services.
